2nd Presiding Apostle, Dr. Rosalind P. President
Born in Trenton, New Jersey to Phyllis and Marvin Blue. Raised and educated in the New York City School System.
At the age of 12, while attending Morning Star Full Gospel Assembly, NYC under Bishop Charles H. Harris, Rosalind’s desire to have a closer relationship with Jesus Christ, led her to accept Him as her Savior.
In 1983-1985 while in High School Rosalind worked for the Brookhaven Laboratory Affirmative Action office, and upon an honorable visitation, Rosalind was able to serve the Honorable and FIRST African American Congresswoman Shirley Chisolm.
In December of 1988, Rosalind joined the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman where she was privileged to work with the base Chaplains, meet many people, head organizations, represented the African American Heritage Association, assisted as a Career Counselor, EEO Representative, medical and technical fields, served the FIRST black woman who was a prisoner of war in the United States history, SPC Shoshana Johnson, and the late Senator and U.S. Navy Captain John McCain.
Rosalind was given several awards and merits of excellence and merited service. In 1995 she accepted her call into the ministry and shortly received a change of tour order to Naples Italy. In Italy, she attended Living Word Christian Ministries Under the Pastor, and previous Mayor Henry Hawkins and was one of the FIRST women to accept the call as an Evangelist. Pastor Hawkins's tour of duty ended and was relieved by Bishop Frederick Ormsby who eventually, moved out of the base chapel and founded Sure Foundation Ministries and Rosalind became one of the original co-founders.
In 1996, Rosalind became Licensed and in 1999 an ordained Evangelist.
In 2000, Rosalind returned to the United States and became one of the Associate Ministers, and Evangelist at Community Church of God, Arlington, VA under Rev. Dale Dawson. Where she preached, taught Sunday School, led Praise and Worship, directed the Choir, and worked to feed and clothe the local community.
In 2003, Rosalind’s tour of duty changed to Pensacola FL. She attended several churches, opened a business of Christian books and videos called Glory View, and continued to minister prophetically.
In 2004, She met her husband and was united in marital bliss to Charles President in 2005; together they have four children Persia, Son in law Bernadin, Son Re’Sjhon, Charles (Trey), and Donavon President, with Grandchildren, Jair, Sjhaida, Donyee, and Rosalind continued to preach the gospel, held Bible studies, and shared the word of God with the Incarcerated and their family members.
In 2006, Rosalind became the Pastor of Sure Foundation Christian Ministries in Pensacola which started from a prayer night and increased to feeding the community, the homeless, establishing a children’s ministry, and having weekly and church services.
In 2008, Rosalind Retired from the United States Navy and was given numerous rewards and recognition for twenty years advocating and supporting Equal Opportunity for peers, community, government, and contract employees. Rosalind continued to serve in ministry and became the Associate Pastor at New Life Christian fellowship center under Bishop John and Janiece Crenshaw.
In 2011, Rosalind became the Pastor of Church of God Leadership Tabernacle, in Gulf Breeze, FL., and Founder of President Ministries Inc. a member of the local NAACP and over the youth division which led her and the NAACP chapter to the March of a young black teen shot to death in Sanford, FL. Rosalind was aired speaking her views on the Al Sharpton show.
In 2013, Rosalind and her husband relocated to Charlotte, NC for a job assignment and started Christian Leadership Tabernacle.
In 2015, while working for the Department of Veterans Affairs Rosalind became a Professional Union Representative and advocated for Veterans’ medical treatment and employee rights within their workspace.
In 2016, Rosalind was voted to be a youth leader for the APRI, Phillip Randolph Institute Charlotte, NC Chapter.
In 2018, Rosalind started a Woman’s ministry to help women of all ages grow spiritually, emotionally, and economically.
In 2019, Pastor Rosalind changed the church’s name from Christian Leadership Tabernacle to Sure Foundation Faith Assembly.
December 14th, 2019, Rosalind was installed as the FIRST Jurisdictional Bishop of the Sure Foundation Faith Assembly.
August 2021 Bishop President became the 2nd Presiding Bishop of Sure Foundation Ministries Inc.
May 2023 Bishop was Ordained as Apostle under Sure Foundation Ministries, Inc. under the Presiding Prelate Apostle, Dr. Wendell L. Davis.
Rosalind has a Bachelor of Science in Religion, a Master of Arts in Christian Ministries, a second master’s in Divinity, and a Doctorate in Christian Leadership.
Rosalind is a woman of God who loves the Lord, walks in an apostolic and Prophetic anointing, exercises faith while proclaiming the gospel with boldness lives with integrity, operates by the power of the Holy Spirit, and takes great pride in serving God and assisting His people.
